Somethings wrong with the OnePlus 10 Pro… – Durability Test!

the oneplus 10 pro now normally oneplus releases their phone to everyone at the same time but this year that's not the case this phone is not available here in the united states makes you wonder if something's up so today we are going to durability test this oneplus phone to see if there's anything we need to find out and even though this is not a hummer video we do have hummer shirts in stock with the whisper project right here on the front and all of the specs from my custom military humvee turned electric on the back a few people have asked why my shirts are so inexpensive and that's because i don't use a third-party middleman to ship my stuff i do everything myself right here from home using today's sponsor has been around for 20 years helping over a million businesses like my can find the links for jerryrig down in the description and i'll get to shipping your shirt right after we finish this durability test let's get started [Applause] [Music] so i just want to start this one off by saying i have never had a oneplus phone snap in half we've had one break yes but it's relatively rare actually for any smartphone to fail my durability test out of the hundreds of phones that go through this routine only seldomly have one expeditiously expire that being said oneplus has included a charging brick in the box which is nice along with a flexible case probably not going to help dude let them watch personally i think the phone itself looks pretty good actually it's got the textured back glass with a hint of sparkle like an eye focus at work but party on the weekends kind of vibe upon close inspection there does appear to be a screen protector included on the front which is nice any protection is good protection however and i've never had this happen before there is a very distinct smell coming from the protector almost like some very strong hairspray not that i have much experience with hairspray but it is super strange if i hold it up to the camera you might be able to get a whiff oh no i guess we'll just have to wait for the metaverse let's start with the scratch test back in 1822 a super smart guy named frederick mose invented this cool test to see what different smartphone screens are made from it can of course also be used to differentiate between different minerals but man that guy was ahead of his time plastic is a level two or three glass is a five or six and sapphire would be an eight or nine you might have noticed as well that there are a lot of apps and warnings on this phone in chinese and that's because oneplus has decided to not release this phone in the usa this is a foreign model and as you can see it does scratch at level six with deeper crews at a level seven the front facing hole punch camera is chilling under that same slab of glass it's 32 megapixels the earpiece lid is up here as well with no grille the size of the oneplus 10 pro are made from aluminum it's interesting that if we switch oneplus numerical numbering system to a base two binary instead of one plus ten we get one plus two which is the first one plus phone i ever tested seven years ago [Music] we've come full circle looks like every side and button of this one plus two is made from metal the dual sim card tray has its red rubber ring around the opening to help keep water out even though there is no official ip rating it's good to know that the protection is there the back of the phone does have a seam next to the camera lens where the metal frame joins up to the glass and then of course we have the heavily textured back glass panel [Music] which once again is using its level 6 texture to sand down my level 5 steel razor blades the dust can mostly be rubbed off though so it's not a big deal i think the textured glass is pretty cool the cameras on this phone is where hasselblad comes in with their color calibration apparently this main 50 megapixel camera can support 12-bit raw images which is a pretty big deal on paper i'll let other reviewers handle the image quality i'm just here for the durability and it looks like the other two cameras the 8 megapixel telephoto and 48 megapixel wide angle are protected with glass as well the ring flash also has its own glass lens dual tone with both leds at the bottom and kind of a light bar effect up at the top no complaints so far the display of the oneplus 10 pro is also one of the main selling points of the phone most screens these days are unable to show those billions of colors collected by the rear hasselblad cameras but the display on this oneplus 10 pro is 10 bit which means it can handle at least a billion of those shades that the camera can collect plus the 6.7 inch 120 hertz 1440p display can last for about 40 seconds under the heat from my lighter before it gets toasted and does not recover as i'm setting up my fingerprint you can see a permanent little gold mark in the corner of the screen hopefully though that's all the damage this guy will sustain this is called foreshadowing silence with the fingerprint registered we can add some level 7 deeper grooves to the bottom half of the screen right above that optical reader even with that hefty marring though the fingerprint reader is still able to find my print and unlock the phone every single time nice work on that scanner oneplus thumbs up for that however it's time to assess the structural integrity of the phone as a whole as i always do with the bin test if you ever hear noises during this portion of the video it's usually a bad thing and none of those were good noises the volcanic black frosted back has been thoroughly cracked the cracks consolidate into what looks like a line directly underneath the stovetop camera bump i don't think it's the frosted glass that's what's making the phone weaker though since we've had plenty of frosted textured class phones survive and they survive in one piece instead of millions i think it's something else the phone is still alive though which is good let's bend the oneplus 10 pro from the other direction and now except for the flashlight the oneplus 10 pro is definitely not alive anymore i would say though that this flash does appear to be rather exceptional it's a little unnerving that we are only two phones into 2022 and we've already lost one and the one phone that has survived so far this year is a folding phone well i guess technically they're both folding phones now since the oneplus 10 has a nice crease right under that camera lens but normally most phones cannot be cracked in half with bare human hands so let's see why this one can removing the back panel is easier now that we aren't worried about it breaking any more than it already is of course it's kind of fun we can combine the tear down and durability test into the same video and you know i'm not a structural engineer but it appears to me that the lack of structure is what contributed to the rapid unplanned disassembly the large dual cell 5000 milliamp hour battery runs lengthwise across the whole phone leaving just the side rails to take the force of any human accidentally sitting on it maybe that's why it's not being released in the usa oneplus thinks that americans are too fat for this phone and while they aren't wrong it is a little rude it also doesn't help that the volume button is placed where it removes some structure at that exact breaking point above the battery on the right side and on the left side there is an antenna line along with a much thinner metal exterior than i expected the metal exterior shell isn't doing a whole lot to hold the phone together and you know don't get me wrong if the oneplus 10 pro stays in a front pocket it'll last just fine for its three to seven year lifespan but in a back pocket or any abnormal abuse could very well cause the 10 pro to kick the bucket much sooner than it should durability is one of the many factors to consider when buying a phone like always though one broken phone doesn't make a brand bad forever oneplus can pick up the pieces and come back with a more solid phone next year a simple rigid case will always help add structure where there is none i'll leave a link for my teardown skins and grip case down in the description it's definitely too late to protect my unit though protection is more preemptive and not so good retroactively does the phone snapping in half affect your buying decisions let me know down in the comments i'm off to go ship some shirts with hit that subscribe button if you haven't already come hang out with me on instagram and twitter and thanks a ton for watching i'll see you around

Street Fighter II (mobile phone) playthrough

By popular request… … it's Street Fighter II, for mobile phones! Okay, only person requested this one… … and it was my good buddy Rage Quitter 87, and who am I to deny a pal's request? Have you seen his website? If you haven't, jeez, you're missing out. Either way, this little beauty NEEDS to be shown off. It's such a strange, unique little title. Well, that's one way of summarising Street Fighter II. But yeah, porting Street Fighter to a mobile phone. CAN IT WORK? I don't think I need to say there's a novelty to punching virtual dudes in the face. It's pretty timeless, innit? But how do you implement a six-button dude-punching engine… onto a mobile phone? I intend to find out! Also, I'm playing on Easy because I'm really shitty at fighting games. Don't make me dig out the photographic evidence. (ask RQ87, he's got plenty) But now things get interesting! The game has three different control schemes… 2-HAND TYPE: A direction pad of some sort handles movement, and the numpad does fisticuffs. 1-HAND TYPE: Direction pad does movement, and all non-special attacks are relegated to a single assumedly-context-sensitive key.

And last but not least… NUMBER TYPE: Every single friggin' command is spread across the number keys. The scary part is that, on some phones, that's probably your only possible option. Chew on that one for a while. I'm going with 2-Hand Type, because, believe it or not, it's actually quite pleasant to use! (on a desktop keyboard, anyway) I had wanted to use Chun-Li for this playthrough… … but this was before she got her Kikouken. Where's the fun in that? … so I'll be picking everyone's favourite scrublorb, Ryu. I do appreciate the simplified command list. I meant to check Zangief's, actually. How would you pull a 720 on dinky mobile arrow keys? But I've delayed enough. I should probably play the game now, shouldn't I? It's everyone's favourite world warriors! Everyone is here, albeit in choppily-animated and horribly shrunk form. Which is more than Street Fighter II on Game Boy offered, believe it or not. WHOOOOAAAAA Do excuse, it's rare you get opportunities to compare how identical those guys look! Your opponent is selected via this little roulette action thing.

You can hit the 5 key to stop, though it often just chooses another guy anyway. I don't think any other version of Street Fighter II has that feature! (I need to catch up on RQ87's playthroughs, so please correct me!) Well, this looks like Street Fighter, doesn't it? PAFUEKUTO! Sadly, the game never acknowledges your leet-ass skills. "You Win" is all it ever tells you. I worked hard for that Perfect, man! Actually, I totally didn't. The game is fully aware how iffy command inputs are going to be…

… so all special moves can also be activated by pressing the 9, 0 and * keys! For Ryu, 9 will fire a Hadouken… 0 will unleash a Shoryuken… And * will bust out a Tatsumaki Senpuu Kyaku. Easy as! Now, I'm sure a fighting game purist would argue that this defeats the whole point of special moves. It's all about mastering the character and their commands, knowing to pull off these tricks in the thick of battle…

… right? I'm really not up to scratch on the fighting game community. From what I've observed, all attempts to simplify commands have been a bit dodgy. Either they upset the hardcore players, or they're nerfed so badly you're missing half the moveset (like Marvel Vs. Capcom)… … or it's so damn convenient it breaks the game wide open. Like that infamous video of Guile in Street Fighter IV: 3DS Edition. But I'm not a fighting game player. I haven't got the dexterity, patience or expenses for it. But I dig seein' all them special moves! And to be frank, it's a whole heap of fun having all those moves at the push of a button. And it allows me to actually appreciate and play the game… … rather than constantly fretting, "how do I do a Dread Kick?" So, uh, you might have noticed the game's got a bit quiet. I'm not sure if it's an emulation glitch, or a quirk in the game… … but after your character's theme plays once, that's it. Nothin' but silence for the rest of the game.

Oh, and you only ever see your chosen character's stage. So we'll be fighting on Ryu's bridge for the next thirty minutes. Aren't you just shaking with excitement? Man, Ryu is the worst dude to play as, from a winquote perspective. Lines like that don't strike fear into your enemies, dude. Try "I WILL MEDITATE AND THEN FUCK YOU!!" Or "YOU DID QUITE WELL, BUT YOU NEED A BIGGER DICK TO DEFEAT ME!!"
I need to find out what ROM hack those came from again. It had the words of a sage. Drat. I was aiming for Blanka. All the opponents are pretty lacklustre in their fighting AI… But Blanka is an absolute beast to face off against. And not because he's green and hairy, hardy har har.

I'll get to him later. I should really stop walking into people's fists. Okay, let's time this. I struck the winning blow against E.Honda at 7:18. Let's see how long it takes until I can take control again. Because these long delays were perfect for nipping away for a glass of OJ… … or watching crap on the Wii. "THE ROAD TO BECOMING THE PERFECT FIGHTER INVOLVES FITTING THROUGH THE BATHROOM DOOR." I think I had a video playthrough of Dynamite Deka running on the Wii while I was playing this. It was very strange looking between that and this. One had a framerate, and the other felt I was going back in time. CONTROL REGAINED! Write this down, folks, it took 42 seconds to end one match and start the next one. That might not be too bad compared to other games, actually.

In fact, Street Fighter IV might have the same level of delay… … but at least it's got winquotes, announcer chatter and flashy displays to tide you over. This game just makes damn sure you don't touch the power button. Stop tempting me, man. The crappiest of victories! I would apologise for all the Hadouken spamming… … but screw you, man! I GOT SINGLE-BUTTON FIREBALLS!!! Let's face it, that was the primary anyone chose Mega Man in MvC1. Pity he made that childish squeal with every shot, though. "EYYYIE! EYYYIE!" Imagine if he made the same sound in the real Mega Man games! Actually, no, don't. That's terrifying. Y'know, I'm actually impressed this port can handle multi-hit combos. I just sort of expected the game to croak, or not do them at all, or something. Man, what kind of damage is that? Does Guile gain super armour during a Flash Kick or something? I want my money back on that Shoryuken. I expected serious clobbering. I guess I should mention there's no bonus stages in this game. I know, life just isn't worth living, is it? Thankfully, bonus stages were implemented two updates later in Super Street Fighter II: The New Challengers for mobile phones.

But you can't play them without wading through several bouts in the arcade mode first! NOOOOOO That game does look better and runs smoother, as it's rebuilt from the ground up… … but it has some seriously stupid flaws, including a hilariously bad and un-configurable control scheme. But that's a rant for another time. I just realised I missed an opportunity early on for a "SO HOW ARE YOU KEN?" joke. I'm kicking myself! I really feel like I've accomplished something with these 3-hit combos. In a game as slow-paced and clunky as this, it feels rewarding to punch a dude twice before being shoved away. It's no flashy air combo, but it keeps me happy.
We're nearly there! Only six foes left! Yeah, Bison and his cronies managed to make it in.

Thank god for small mercies. LET'S PLAY SUPER MARIO BROTHERS I'M RYU HE'S ZANGIEF JUMP THAT FIREBALL HEY FAT BOY JUMP THAT FIREBALL JUMP IT– oh. Never mind, then. Man, the Hurricane Kick stinks half the time. Zangief knows how to counter my moves. Clever boy. FATAL KO AW SHIT NOT ON MY PERFECT RUN NOOOOOO Is this the end for our world warrior? Nah. You can continue as many times as you like. Your score is the only thing that's penalised. I think the users of Street Fighter II for mobile phones can rest assured that their highscores aren't under threat by me.

Oh, screw you. I DIDN'T ASK FOR THIS It's so satisfying to actually be able to pull off these moves when I want to. It must be what a competent fighting game player feels like! Ah, the most glamourous of finishes. Backing into a corner and kicking furiously in mid-air. Truly you are the world's greatest warrior. So we've only Blanka left before we fight the four baddies, right? Hold onto your butts, folks. So, like I was saying, Blanka's a freakin' beast. He's ALWAYS approaching, only ever retreating to use his rolling attack. If you shoot a fireball, he'll hop over it, air-kick you, then punch, and knock you over with a crouch kick.

After firing a fireball, you've no chance of blocking any of that. And if you don't block it, it's a guaranteed dizzy… … so Blanka can just repeat it over and over until you die. But his regular punches and kicks have mad priority and range, so you can't even approach him safely! And for a spectacularly crummy player like myself, this is bad news. During my test run before recording, I'm sure I fought three or four matches against him, and all ended in failure. He's a tricky chap! But if you can break his defences, it's just a matter of exploiting them. The problem lies in how quickly you can fuck up and squander the rest of the round. Yeah, bare-basic Street Fighter knowledge, I know, but bear with me! These are my baby steps. BAM! Right in the olde smackeroo. A lousy finish, but at least he's toast. The game is a lot easier from here on out! … which you'd hardly believe, given we' only halfway through the video. If you've been watching the video non-stop until now, please, use this opportunity to cast your eyes at something else.

Find a nice glen and watch some birds or something. Anything to remind you what a realistic speed looks like! AW SHIT IT'S EVIL RYU LOOK AT THAT SNEAKY DUDE, HE'S UP TO NO GOOD HE'S GONNA TEACH SHOTOKAN TO FARMYARD ANIMALS OR SOMETHIN' MEAN Son of a bitch, that's MY trick! Well, that was anticlimatic. Ryu vs. Balrog! Surely this fight will require a new backdrop, right? Nope. Well, I think I've exhausted everything I can say about this game. … so why don't I talk about Street Fighter II: Champion Edition for mobile phones? Because, surprise surprise, it is the exact same game, except you can play as the boss characters.

I'll be uploading my playthrough of it, don't worry, but I probably won't do textual commentary for it. I mean, I'm already attempting to talk through ONE creaky mobile phone fighting game… How will I cope trying to do that for THREE MORE OF 'EM?? I can talk a load of shit, but for an hour and a half's worth of content, no chance. So, Champion Edition! I played it as Sagat, and I don't know if they did any adjustment to the bosses' damage ratios. Sagat just tears up the competition. I haven't played as the other bosses (or, heck, any of the other characters at all), so I can't compare.

It is literally the same game, with a different title screen. I wouldn't be surprised if this vanilla version already has all the assets, just locked away. Wouldn't the first time Capcom pulled a trick like that! Oh, there is one thing Champion Edition has that this doesn't… Endings. Yeah, there's no ending in this! (spoiler alert!) You beat Bison, you get your score tally, your fella does a little pose… … and you get booted to the title screen. Mind you, it could be because I lost to Zangief, or was playing on Easy… But, really, I'm in no mood to double-check. Champion Edition does have an ending for Sagat, at least… … though it's the same barebones one he had in the arcade, with the same picture used for all four bosses, just with different text. But it's better than nothing. At least you get something to show for that efforts: that Sagat's still miffed at Ryu. Oh, and when you fight the boss characters, the backdrop changes to Balrog's stage.

Playing as Sagat puts you on Guile's stage, for some reason. Well, I think I've said everything I possibly can for this game. I'll keep playing, obviously, but I'll begin wrapping up this commentary. What do I think of the game? … well, I like it, actually. Yes, the frame rate is insufferable, and the graphics are bad, and it doesn't play as well as it should… … but as a handheld Street Fighter experience, it's pleasantly accessible. It's cheap, sure, but the instant-special moves buttons are a real blessing. You can dive straight in and enjoy a close-enough Street Fighter experience, without having to spend an hour in the training mode working out how those blasted charge moves work. Mostly because this has no training mode.

Okay, most of my positivity comes from the novelty of single-button Hurricane Kicks….. but, darn it, that's something I've always wanted! For a casual scrub, it transforms the fighting game from baffling joystick-pusher to Mega Man-esque "use this move to counter this attack" exercise….. which is how you're meant to view the game, isn't it? In a nutshell? Not entirely, though, surely. Don't shoot me. Well, that's it for street Fighter II on mobile phone. I've still got Sagat and M.Bison to fight, but you can enjoy that without my inane banter, I hope. Later!.

Camping Mode on Your Smartphone? Scouting and your Mobile or Cell Phone

I don't know about you… but, I just
can't stand it when I'm in… interrupted by [ ♫ ] Hey ScouterStan, I want to talk a little bit about cell phones. Cell phones I like
to put them on the “Camp Mode” which is airplane mode. I think in some phones, but
we have to think about these things. there are “marvels”. I'll admit that I
have a cell phone. I've had one for years and it is critical that we think about
a way in Scouting to make them less intrusive to Scouting. I'll tell you
these things are amazing. They have their pocket computers. That's really what they

They have the entire Internet right there in the phone. It's amazing they're
a communicator. You can not only voice but you could do text, you could do email.
You do all those kinds of things. That's pretty amazing… It's an
entertainment consult for a lot of People. Gaming, video streaming, all that
Stuff. In fact, 80% of you are watching me right now through your phone! That's…
that's a YouTube statistic on this Channel… On our community. That's 80% of
you are watching us watching me on your Phone. That's another big thing there
digital cameras. They've got a studio built into the phone. Where you can do
video and camera effects and all that kind of stuff.

This it is the number one
device used for any social media. Whether it be, you know, the Facebook or the you
name it. I mean it's all appliable to the cell phone. No wonder these things
are addictive. They can be very intrusive to modern living. Now on
Scouting but they can be rather Intrusive. Ever been “google” checked?
That's when you were giving a presentation and somebody looks up one of the facts
that you've stated. On google, and google yeah, you know there's a thousand hits on
everything you put every word… You put in There, you can get a thousand different
things and a lot of it can be Contradictory.

When you get google
checked basically they're checking up on your credibility. You can do it on their
phone. It can be very disruptive. Have you ever heard of “Nomophobia”? That's when you
have no mobile phone and you kind of just freak out… You know there are some
people that are addicted to these marvel of electronics and they can go through
some withdrawals and that can be rather Dramatic. FOMO is another effect. I never
knew what that was, but it's the “Fear Of Missing Out” I had no idea. Okay, you know
how often do people have to check their phone? On a constant basis, because of FOMO.
Obviously, we need to work something out for Scouting. Scouting needs to be a safe
Place, in a way that we can help America's youth kind of break that bad
habit of the cell phone.

We need to offer a solution to that… I would
recommend that all meetings, ceremonies and even camping should be cell phone or
“phone free” events. Phone free zones… Adults should be made,… or asked, not made. But
asked nicely if they would either turn their phone completely off or completely
silencing the phone. Take all of its notifications… Some buzzing sounds can be
actually quite annoying… I know that adults use it as an alarm
clock. That's a pretty common thing, but we need to keep that down to a minimum.
There's nothing worse than doing a flag ceremony while two people in the
audience have their cell phones playing some jingle… Okay that could be quite
annoying and disruptive to the entire Meeting. So ask adults to silence their phones or put it in “Camp Mode” as I call it… Which
is the off button! That's what it is… It's the off button or even you know
“Travel Mode” which turns off all the Notification.

Now these policies that you
can put together for your Troop… Kind of go along with the Scout Law and the
Outdoor Code. In the Scout Law… Scouts are or a Scout IS Courteous. A Scout IS Kind.
Okay… This was silencing your phone is a great
way to keep from interrupting and being kind to your fellow Scouts and leaders.
Obedient, you have a policy that you have with your unit follow it, obey it. You
Know… Obediently be obedient. Scout is Obedient
towards those policy, and it's a great policy in the Outdoor Code. There's a
line in the Outdoor Code, that actually Reads… “Be courteous in the outdoors”.
So when you're outdoors, we don't want to hear beep, beep, beep or some jingle. We
want to enjoy the birds chirping. We want to hear the deer in the brush.

Okay… We
want to see these things and experience them without beeping and jingles. Again…
Adults need to silence their phones. That's just simple, put it in camp mode,
which is off… And “Be the example and not the exception.” When the youth see
the adults not obeying the rules. There is no reason for them not to miss
use the cell phone. So that's very important. Some Scout units will actually
go through that process. It's ok to have it on in the car the bus on the way to a
Camp, but when they get there they actually take all of the cell phones and
the game thingies and all that stuff and they lock them up. Make sure they're
there off… But they'll lock them up.

So that they don't get lost and they're not
used for distracted purposes. You're at camp, you paid to be there.
Take advantage of that! Go and have Fun!… I don't know? TALK to your
Scouts? You know. See nature, be… Don't be… Be, you know. They got
their nose stuck right in that phone most of the time wish it's not there
then they have to think outside that box.

The box in their hand. So that's
important of course once the Scouting event is over and they get back on the
into the cars or the bus… They're all given their phones. There are some
Exceptions… Some Troops, when they go to a summer camp. The Scout will have
signed up for cinematography or moviemaking merit badge. They may need
their cell phone because the cell phone has that built into it. I would recommend
that the Scout, that signs up for those merit badges should bring a camera. A
dedicated camera or movie camera for that purpose. Not rely completely on the
cell phone. Cell phones have a lower resolution than most of the standard
cameras that are out there.

That being the case they may need to check them in
and out from an adult in the troop. They can do their merit badge. That's
something to think about. Here's a big point. Most summer camps are
very remote. They're out in the mountains or they're on the coast or they're out
in places that have very poor cell Services. Okay, that's not normally a huge.
So you're not going to be able to surf the Internet. You're not going to be
able to make phone calls. Even so, in some places it is still important that adult
leaders have a cell phone available. Especially if they're going out on an
excursion or something. So they can contact other adult leaders, but that's

I mean there's no need for the cell
Phone. later on. I do not recommend using cell phones or even the Scouts cell phone,
to help with homesickness. Sometimes the Scout will beg to talk to his parents or
his or her parents. I find that really becomes more… It just increases
and overemphasizes the homesickness… It makes it worse, so that I don't recommend
using cell phones for that, but it's important to have policies for your
Meetings. Your ceremonies and all of your camping dealing with cell phones. It can
be their blessing they could do a lot. But they can disrupt, and they can be
Distracting. So as adult leaders we need to come up with some policies and
procedures within your unit, that you all can agree on that it makes it less of
a burden.

Technology is a wonderful thing. I love it. I'm talking to you probably
through your cell phone. [Laughter] That's the wonderful thing about
Technology. We need to use technology. Now let technology take over us… Okay we need
to use that technology appropriately and I know you will. As an adult leader
you're doing the good job. Keep it up and I will see you on the trail..

Well, good golly. Let's extend it. No. I'm sorry. I'm so sorry, man. I'm so sorry. I'm just gonna do it, OK? Yeah! [CHEERING] [MUSIC PLAYING] Whoo. Whoa. No. Oh, no. Oh what are the chances? Oh, please tell me it
didn't crack the front? No. I like funny things. Oh, sorry man. You had to be here. I am here. I already scrolled it. It's into the abyss now. You can't just go back. Gone forever, dude. I cannot believe
that just– no way. What was it? Huh, oh dude. Sorry. I don't even know
where I put it. Can you call it please? We're calling it. Don't all call it at once. Ty look underneath. Are we good? It's not under there, but it is
remarkable what is under there. Oh, it's on silent. Guys, going to take
your shoes off you're going to feel the vibration.

Oh, I found it. Yes. Bang. Ah, N64 Rumble Pack. It has the same vibration
patterns though. I'll meet you in the car dude. We only gave it an hour. [TEXTING SOUNDS] Dude. What? Oh man, I cannot thank you
enough for recommending that hemorrhoid cream. Has helped out tremendously. My sister has 15
warts on her hand. We're trying to figure out
how to get rid of those. Floor two, please. Dude, another crazy
thing I found out– are you listening to my
phone call right now? You know that's illegal. Dang it. Hey, man. What's up? Hey. Wait, are you in the
bathroom right now? What? Yeah, no. Definitely not. That'd be– Hey is that water running? Yeah. Left the office
early to go fish. Can you send me a
picture of the fish? No. No. No. FaceTime? Hey, big dog. What's good, good looking? What do you need? Oh, I just wanted
to see your face. I'm organizing my undies. My phone is at 1%. If I lose you any time– oh. Hey, don't you do that brother. Don't you– hey, real quick. Got to let the dog out.

Don't move a muscle. Be right back. You called me by the way. Dude this is like his
fifth time calling today. Are you underwater? That's actually
kind of impressive. I know you can't hear me,
but never call me again. Oh bag of diapers. 4:54 on a Saturday the 13th. I have some illegal dumping
activity happening right now. Hey. These gentlemen
are tresspassing! Whoa! [INTERPOSING VOICES] And we're live.

I am not dumping sir. I was filming them. This is a citizens arrest. This is a citizens arrest. [INTERPOSING VOICES] Looking for the best
coffee shop, boom. Right there. Hashtag, sponsored. Not really. I'm not sponsored yet. But put on a show and don't
even try to [INAUDIBLE].. They love me. They all love me. Yo, Gar. You good if I add you to
that paintball group text? I appreciate the invite, man. I think I'll pass. It's the paintball boys. Seventh grade, your birthday
party, we had so much fun. That was like 20 years ago. I got you added. You're in. See you Saturday. Sparky!! People on Facebook,
check it out. This is amazing. Hey, hey, hey. Calvin. Calvin. Check out this concert I
was at last year, dude. I paid top dollar
for these seats. Look at this. That sounds like a broken
washing machine, dude. Seven minutes left baby. Let's make something happen. No. No, market doesn't close
for another two hours. East coast, got plenty of time. Stay patient. You bring food? Yeah, I brought dip.

I bought the dip too. I just bought the dip. Which one did you get? He brought chips and dip. Oh got it. Oh, it's going down still. It's still going down. Oh it goes up. It goes up. Yes. Lunch on me. Time is money right now. OK? If I got invited to an
elementary school graduation, I would walk up on that
stage and I would say, ETFs, stocks, crypto,
all in one place. SoFi app. Mic drop. And I would walk off the stage. And that is the best piece
of advice I could give them. Please, respect the game. Yeah. No. [MUSIC PLAYING] I'm number one for the team. I'm number one for the team. We're in a conference. Yes, that's your phone.

What song is that? One for the team. No, I don't have your phone. It's your phone. It's right there. It was in your front pocket. This little knob right
here, silent mode. Let's live life that way, huh? Green bubbles? Who's got the Android? Jonah. I tried giving you an iPhone
and you still refused. Another vote for Jonah. Green is my least
favorite color. Jonah. One more vote and you will be
removed from the group thread. Jonah. We're back to blue bubbles boys. Who wants to rename the group? Spider-man 3. 10 minutes. Let's go. I accidentally called my uncle. Just one second. One second. Hey, did you mean to call? What kind of question is that? Of course I meant to call. I was worried you might
have accidentally called me or something. No, not you, Uncle Remus. You boys got to get back
down here to Georgia. This old catfish came up and
just scooped up the top water right off the top. You wouldn't believe
out of tall the trees have gotten since you
was here last time. I wouldn't? No.

But I don't know if you remember
that girl Katie Funchess, that you used to date
back in first grade? Tell you what– Ah. Hello. I don't have service
unless I'm by the road. Hang on. Can you hear me? I don't know, I
can't see it now. Well, I had to go back
up there and look. They've got a candle burning
at the firework stand. We're lighting these fireworks. We're going to test them. You've got to make
sure they work. We don't sell no cheap
ones around here, these are quality fireworks. Ow, ow. Dude! Can I talk to a manager? Hey, big dad. You want to talk to him? And I lost you. What seems to be
the problem sir? You. Not only will you
not buy a firework from my fireworks shop, you
ain't buying one in this county or nor this state.

You have the audacity to
show up on my property after what you've done
to my family and my life? Get out of here right now. Nope. Ah. You better get out of here. [INTERPOSING VOICES] That's mine. Oh come on. That's my granddaddy's
firework stand! He's had it since 1904. Oh no. No. Come on. Remember the koalas
arrive at 2:00. So– Bean sales,
through the roof. it's really. Can somebody please figure
out whose phone that is. Whoever's phone this
is, you're fired. Wait, guys. Sorry. It was actually me. The koalas are here. Oh. Oh. Oh. Oh that is the worst drive
ever, so ugly and flat. Only thing worse is
Amarillo to Albuquerque. Good shot, dude. I would highly recommend
getting lessons. Honey, if you want to
take piano seriously, you got to get lessons.

Dude, will you please
upgrade your phone? Why? This one works just fine. What is that, the
original iPhone? Look how small this is. Looks like a pager. Is that the iPod app? If I want to listen to the Goo
Goo Dolls, I just click them. Hold on. It's loading. Sir, do you mind holding
that for a second? I'm having trouble seeing it.

Could you move
back a little bit? Right about there. That's great. Thank you. My son got a penguin. I just couldn't see the word. Oh wow. Congratulations. Just use my credit card. It's three– Whoa, whoa, whoa shh. Dude. They're listening. What are you talking about? Watch this. Yeah, thanks for
coming over, man. I've been meaning to get
into a new hobby these days. I've been thinking about
getting into soap carving. They listen to everything. Anyways, what was that
credit card number again? Oh, it's three six– What's new with you? Glad you asked. It's my granddaughters,
grandson, family on the beach. This was a cool story. This guy bought this
one at an auction. Brother-in-law who's Sheriff of
Ellis County being interviewed after the tornado. You have 12 pictures
of the ground? Yeah, that's kind
of the way I roll. Three, six– Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Yo Gar point ball– Dude, I can't do this. We had to call in a backup. Sometimes you need
somebody to drop a phone. And the poor man
just couldn't do it. Third person.

Can using your cell phone give you brain cancer?

Are cell phones risky? Cell phones are everywhere. There are over
six billion cell phone subscriptions worldwide – nearly one for every man,
woman, and child on the planet. And many people claim they can no longer
live without them. But are they safe? Is it possible that something so near
and dear to us could be risky? And if so, what kind of risk would it
be? For starters, Most cell phones these days use lithium-
ion batteries, which, as a previous Risk Bites explored, can present a fire risk if
you abuse them. But so long as you don't treat your
phone like a racketball, you're probably okay. Then there's the non-ionizing radiation. Like other wireless electronic
appliances, cell phones use high-frequency radio
waves to do their thing. These radio waves allow the phone to
communicate with satellites, computers, and other phones, which in turn allow us
to communicate with each other.

What makes cell phones different from
other wireless appliances is that we have a habit of holding them next to
our heads. So it's perhaps not surprising that researchers have asked if there is any
risk associated with extended exposure to cell phone radiation. To put it bluntly, they want to know:
can cell phones give you brain cancer? Researchers in the United States, Sweden,
Denmark, Switzerland, the UK, and other countries have been looking into the
question since cell phones first hit the market in the nineteen eighties. For years, they have tracked cases of phone
usage and brain cancer across time and geography. After decades of research and massive
studies using hundreds of thousands of people from multiple countries, the
answer is a resounding: probably not. In two thousand and eleven, the World Health Organization pulled
together a group of experts from around the world to review the available data on
cell phone radio waves and cancer. Their conclusion? The vast majority of evidence shows no
increase risk associated with cell phone use.

However, a slender few reports did find a
slight association between cell phone use and cancer. So, the WHO, being a cautious body,
declared cell phone radio wave emissions to be possible human carcinogen. What does this mean? Simply that the isn't enough evidence to
be sure either way – we can't say that cell phones are unsafe. But we can't say that cell phones are one
hundred-percent entirely safe yet either. That may sound scary, but before you cancel
your phone subscription, consider that this category of possible carcinogens
also includes coffee and pickled vegetables. Surprisingly, the best studied risk associated with
cell phones comes not from the phone itself, but from the distraction it
causes to drivers We'll dive into that another time.

But until then, don't forget to subscribe and stay safe. And whatever you do, don't watch Risk
Bites while driving!.

okay let's knock your to do five dual SIM dis one is the colors available it's available in red white black yellow green alright this one's not out in the UK yeah um it was out in India about two months ago it's now in the Europe market um I ordered from Europe um so it's like in the UK yeah it should be out soon but it's still not out yet I know that for sure should be within the next month ok the price retails I bought this for 60 pound so I don't know how much is going to be in the UK um it's worth every penny for 60 pound what I paid okay let me soak the box and tell you what's in it the phone obviously which is there tells you I put the cinnamon I'll show you in a minute okay head manual and headphones just the same nokia stuff okay one thing they didn't supply is the sync cable you know which gives me the USB to the phone so you can think transfer music and pictures and stuff etc from there to the USB they never supply that pisses me off about Nokia okay also a lot to forget the charger now this one's a European one so when they sent it would be it sent like that so for the UK I needed this adapter okay now gain to the phone it's honestly a great phone this is yellow was available black so I thought okay yellow for once I like the color anyway it's a lovely phone it's a really excellent phone um first of all when you touch it it doesn't leave fingerprints on it it's got a nice nice large screen really nice large screen it's not like the previous 220 or the 108 which I've reviewed it's actually wider as well which feels great in the hand it's light nice and light it's thin when you just overall it feels excellent it just feels really good this time it's really done a good job on this one okay all right I'll just show you before I forget to lock the phone you said there E battery pulls off and my sim is in there ask the sim number one which goes in this way means take it out okay that's the same number one and then the sim number two goes in this way la I haven't got two Sims so wait yeah it's great too it comes in handy if you got two Sims if you'd always got two phones and you just want to use dual sim you can put both soon turns into this phone you use them whatever you want so it's great for that you just clip it back for the battery just push it straight back in and clip smack and hold this to switch it on okay well I'll switch and I'll daughter alright now let's just go straight through into the phone sorry it took that long but a lot of people complain that they don't know what the specs are so yeah sorry it took that long okay so I'm just going to start a kid as soon as you start it for the first time it's just time zone normal stuff set the time ty and set that whatever nine or ten or whatever you want and it's 24 hours I've put it in yeah 24-hour format date whatever the date is okay yeah so let's just get off with that okay as you can see that sim one it's note and there's no sim – but you can it's awesome how you can put both sims in and you don't need to phone so Jill Sims really good for that people you've got two phones of any they don't want to hold to hold on to two phones alright would be let's go straight to the menu ok menu ok let's see what's going on there ok call log missed calls received dialed clear call log ok contacts whatever context you've got our music I haven't gotten your music um but I did sink a few music songs down and it's excellent it really plays well on this phone the loud output is excellent on this phone let's see just play their next retract track back volume up and uh bass or honestly a great it's got a really nice loud output which is one excellent sign about the fact ok alarm clock you got one two three four five five different alarms to set at the same time Internet I'm not going to go into that messaging okay messaging it's just the same as normal luckiest of choose options okay Facebook I'm not going to go into that Twitter I'm not going to to that radio like I said previously said you need the headphones but it's an excellent radio it's a nice loud radio output it also catches stations really well as well as shocking but they've done well on that okay games let's focus on games asphalt six adrenaline yeah I really know what that is block breaker three the avengers' the mobile game Assassin's Creed Brotherhood real football 2012 and that's the only games that there are I'm not sure if these are sample games I think there might be sample games I doubt they're going to put a full game on let's just go for a laugh on to them yeah it is they're all sample games it's just a free play this is right now yeah as you can see our pipe and concert tricks I'm looking through the camera so I thought even know what the hell I'm looking at right now okay quit down straight get back to games block breaker three yeah this game is alright actually I like this game yes as you can see it's a good game they got some good quality games I think no sample games I'm not sure about this one yes let's just get out of this and go all day long just to piss around games exit ok that's games ok camera you know the camera is excellent it's a 2 megapixel camera but you know when you're taking it when you're like doing sort of shot something you hold it like this and you taking shots it's very good quite under quality are excellent you shot for two megapixel camera um there's a downside I wish they put 5 megapixels the whole phone would be excellent but it's the 2 megapixels I mean even on their on smartphone I think the newest one is the Nokia 360 I know 630 its Nakia Lumia I think that's the smartphone that's only got 5 megapixels so I don't think Nokia go that far to put a high megapixel camera but it this one is excellent you know when you're holding it this way it looks a nice big screen so when you're out door it takes really nice pictures so yeah ok we just go back to that for a minute that was the photos ok that was it for the cameras you've got the video camera as well which is a curve okay it's not that good got self-timer which is good choose scene image quality okay okay I was the camera I get back to you photos I've took a lot of photos off capture photos and received videos this for the videos and got enough videos settings okay connectivity flight mode dual SIM Bluetooth tone settings okay this is the Nokia tune and we put on to the high ringtone choose that a stillness on the highest ringtone let us check that check out all the ringtones writer they're learning clicker there's all the ringtones I think I'll stick judge and that's quite nice okay messaging tone alert standard beep once ringtone now the good thing about Nakia they've got such loud ringtones it's awesome I love that's one thing about goodbye lucky all the ringtones and everything is nice and loud they've got a nice variety of ringtones and stuff like a keypad turns to one full choose warning tones on okay ready for that display settings wallpaper they only got three options I think I'm gonna focus a default I think this year three one two three square level review you know choose the center fit to display on that this puts fit the upper center screw okay backlight glance screen font size as good as well choose size of font normal font contacts is all in normal anyway notifications on off wallpaper get back to the okay let's get our profiles general silent bleep outdoor personal date and time your showed you earlier backup cool settings cool forwarding automatic redial call waiting send my caller ID and number screening phone settings the phone language key key card settings welcome low service actions cost settings call trackers security settings core barring phone security change codes feedback to Nokia restore factory setting okay that's for that Kalen a lot of settings I came back quickly to calendar now kind is nice that's calendar and you can see whatever you want okay going back calculator good calculator that's the same nine and times 9 equals 81 times 9 equals 729 I think Sosua yeah down straight okay it's out the calculator mess yahoo messenger i'm not going to go into that voice recorder is very good extras countdown timer stopwatch torch converter come on ty let's go today okay these are the hours that's the minutes I thought that was a minutes in the second book that's four hours let's see what you got let's see yeah that means it would do yet just 24 hours yeah it does up to 24 hours of countdown timing and that's the minute they're on this side okay stopwatch nice stopwatch start/stop reset okay torch it's jakku put the torch on which is just there you'll see in a minute you just press that torch and on the says online that's hard to see in the daylight you can see on my hand just a basic torch but it's better than the torch of the nokia 100 so it's a good torch okay converter converter less 5 conversions hell no temperature can bear weight from birth to see what that's about pound two kilogram what's that carrot to grow ounce two gram stone to Keala stone to kill about so let's just say I wait twelve state let's see what happens for a laugh if I'm 12 stone so that means I'm seventy six point two kilo dama that I'm overweight I'll go on a diet alright let's get out of here length multi kilogram this is actually walk excellent this is you know if you're in last class or something and you want to know all this it's good to take this thing with you if you make sure you didn't get caught in the class okay vol foot to me a meat at a yard so yeah it's all excellent let's get out of it jewel let me see what the heck yeah smart you assume this is for you need to put both sim in the first we channel got I'm a Tennessee okay files and this is all the files where you transfer the stuff whatever files you want to make music files photo video whatever okay counters sin one choose sin whatever okay now this is what you covered when you want to change from the same one to the sim to so you come onto counters which is just there this one here click that and if you've got too soon you want to move on to the second sim you got to click choose and then it goes on to the second step so you can use that number okee sim menu information pairs you a call orange that's about it man I'm tired completely alright overall it's an excellent phone um um what I normally do I buy phones and I'd use a review it and sell it after a few days once I've reviewed I'm not bothered but I think I'm going to keep this phone now I'm going to keep it for a couple of months at least it's an excellent phone I do exercise it's got a great countdown timer on it what I do it um it's for me it's excellent it's just got everything you want on the phone um it feels great one thing I love about the phone it doesn't leave fingerprints and stuff uh and it's nice big screen nice wide phone nice feel to it unit feels great nice and light buttons are great you've got a great yet just to lock again you press that like I said earlier and that's it or if you want to go out to blue – if you click press that you're going to bluetooth off the phone or turn or phone whatever anyway and then you got the volume there as well now just quickly let me go to the call quality of the phone the ring turns and everything are nice and loud is excellent let's talk about the call quality now normally on all Nokia phones except for the five one five which was very good this one is excellent I'm so happy they've updated it they're so stupid you know the last two friends I did their phone you know when you talking to people it's too low you can't hear on you it's clear but you can hear this one is excellent so I'll just put the loudspeaker on for you so you can hear it and then what I'll do I'm just going to bring the phone seeking here remaining credit is 5 pounds and 26 pounds by the way did you know you can now check your credit at any time and while you're on the phone you can do this up and down from the volume so that's excellent they can do that okay so that's the loud speaker um honestly the call quality is excellent on this phone I'm shocked that's the one best thing they've ever done you buy a phone which is over up to 60 pound even if it's over 30 pounds you want the you want a nice clear the call quality when you're speaking somebody nice and loud so you can hear they've sorted the problem out on this phone okay now let me just ring this phone up okay just look how nice and loud the output that's if it ever works at an order okay and it vibrates – it's awesome you can so nice little out you're not going to miss a call when you've got this phone so yeah I'm just going to that's everything up you tell you about the phone now um so everything overall it's a great looking phone feels great great screen you can see well great buttons great feel to it great everything nice call quality nice loud call quote which is excellent all music playing everything is X and radio is nice and clear you pick substations everything everything zexal on the phone so for the first time I'm going to give this phone a 10 out of 10 because for the price for 60 pound they've done it because normally up by Nokia phones they've got some issue with it either this that the backing is not that bad is well you don't you push this to open it up it's alright it's something about live with for the price that suppose for 60 pound but it's an excellent phone and I recommend to everyone I wish I had got the white one but it's not available why it looks nice and white they've sorted everything on this phone let me see if there's anything else I miss a call quality of Donna the last week I've done ring times of yesterday CS an excellent phone turtle is seeking yep check done everything on the phone so yeah um tena attend personally this is the best Nokia phone since the five one five and it's better than that in a way because cheaper Sony 60-pound so if you can get it from Europe get it's worth every penny up for sixty pound okay so 10 out of 10 great phone if you like my videos please subscribe and like the video please so I know I'll make more videos the problem is it comes out phones knock your friends are coming out in India before they even come out into the UK and it's bit unfair because I don't even know what the hell's going on so I have to are to keep tracking or see if there's any latest phones out so it's a bit difficult but the latest nokia phone this is the latest not given but the latest smart Nokia phone is the Nokia 630 or 360 106 30 I think so yeah so please like and subscribe the video and thank you for watching

Jitterbug Touch 2 SmartPhone For Seniors, Full Hands-On Review

Oh welcome to dad does and today we are looking at the jitterbug touch to smart phone from great call now here's the phone it is not the most high-tech of smart phones in an age where the Apple 5s has just come out and Samsung and Apple are battling it out for the most high-tech smartphone you might be wondering why are we looking at this jitterbug touch too well we want to go over some of the features and what we think is really neat about it and the specific audience they're going after all right to give some comparison so you understand who the jitterbug touch to is for here is iPhone 5 a very high tech phone as we know Apple Samsung battling it out for the best smartphone right next to it we have the jitterbug touch too doesn't look bad next to it but as you see a big difference on the home screen in terms of the apps on iPhone you've got all these apps tons of different features all types of cool stuff that's great for a younger people who like all that now we're going to take this out of here I'm going to bring the jitterbug into the middle of the screen but look at the difference here this is very simple if you want to access your phone it's right here text messages right here everything is a simple click away and that's really who this jitterbug touched to is geared for this would be for grandparents maybe people who are getting their first smartphone and are looking for something which is a little bit easier to use but still has it functionality so they can visit websites and do the cool stuff you do with smart phones alright in this review we're not going to go for all the features of the phone just not time for that but we want to do is highlight what makes this phone special why someone who is maybe not as inclined to use a smart phone or is a little harder time scene would like this phones we're going to go to phone right now I want to show you here is the keypad as you see it's large look at the large call button now I know for our younger audience you might say well that's silly I have no problem in the call button but as your eyes get a little bit older and it's a little harder to see simple things like this having a large keypad very easy to dial and a huge call button makes a difference so we think that is great for seniors we're going to go back to the menu here and look at some other features here which we think are nice it's got a camera in it and of all the specs over on dad does in terms of the camera nothing that special but is a 5 megapixel camera but let's go over the big thing here because this is from great call their apps here the 5 star urgent care and med coach let's go into the 5 star app right here and that's where you start to see the real difference of this phone as to other smartphones the idea here is is that someone who is a senior has some problems needs immediate help look at this giant red button you tap that button it calls five start game up all the information over on the website but they can get immediate help – you got GPS location obviously on the phone and the other neat thing about it I'm going to go to the main menu here is you input a full profile so you can have your meds in there your doctor emergency contact how to access your apartment if you have a key hidden under met all that information right here under my profile and then when you hit that big red button you call them if you have a problem if you're unable to talk have some serious medical condition they can access all that from your profile so this is where the phone really comes out strong is this five star response and again we'll have more over on the site all right the next one which I think seniors are really going to like is this urgent care this is great for parents for anyone and what it has here another great call a pin it is if you need to speak to a nurse or a doctor click a button but what's cool is let's say you want to look up symptoms you have something going on you want to know I wonder if it's serious or not you have a pain in your head you can search by keyword search by body area so you can say okay let's click on the head here and now it's going to come up with some different things and basically question and answers to take you through what might be wrong and then you can decide is this something which you can figure out on your own is not a medical emergency but if you ever need help you can just hit call urgent and speak to registered nurses and they can escalate it to a doctor alright we want to take you to another one of the great call apps and that is med coach and this again is pretty neat what allows you to do is keep track keep a log of your medications you should take and whether you have taken it or not so I'm just going to go to a reminder here so that I can show you how this works let me just go back here so let's say you're supposed to take aspirin a low dose tells you one tablet delayed the time you're supposed to take it 356 now at the bottom of the screen we're going to click here so I can show you some more here okay we're going to go into the aspirin and when you have a state taken time and at the bottom here you see just taken taken as shown or skipped so it's pretty neat you can keep track let's say I skipped it I'm going to go ahead and hit skip here and what you have here is the reason why I didn't have any side-effects and other reasons so this is a good way to keep track when you go back to your doctor and you want to explain what you've taken when you've taken it all of that is available here in the log and of course reminders so you put in your information what you're supposed to take and the phone will give you a reminder so again for older people who are looking to keep track of their medications this is going to be fantastic all right and back at the home menu here and we just want to be clear you obviously have all the other features voicemail you've got the camera you've got the internet maps you've got everything it is an Android phone and we'll just go to all apps here to show there are a lot of other apps so again the uses Android app so we don't want to tell you it's too limiting but what we really think this is going to be useful for is people who are new to smartphones and they don't want all those features so you just want a couple of things on your home screen of course the 5-star stuff is going to be great and again very cool that you can enter in all your information in a profile using the GPS and information you entered in if you need urgent care if there's an emergency they're going to have all that even if you can't communicate as long as you can press that big red button to call them so that's a quick look at the Jitterbug touch to come on over to dad does comm we're going to have a full review and a lot more specs on the phone over on the site
